1. Who we are
NewDOT Leads operates forhireleads.com. Contact: hello@forhireleads.com.
2. Information we collect from buyers
When you email us or pay via Stripe, we may receive your name, work email, agency name, state(s) of interest, and payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers). Website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) may log standard request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.
3. How we use buyer information
To respond to inquiries, deliver CSVs, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell buyer contact lists. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site as of the effective date.
4. Public census data in our product
Lead CSVs contain public FMCSA Company Census fields (including filed phones/emails when present). That data is government public record, not “buyer personal data.” Buyers must use it in compliance with applicable outreach laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
5. Retention
Inquiry and delivery emails are retained as needed for operations and accounting. You may request deletion of your buyer contact record by emailing hello@forhireleads.com (subject to legal/accounting retention needs).
6. Processors
Cloudflare (hosting/DNS/email routing when configured), Stripe (payments, when enabled), and email providers used to send/receive hello@forhireleads.com.
