1. Product

NewDOT Leads provides weekly or per-lead CSV extracts of public FMCSA Company Census records filtered to AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE / status A by state. Delivery is by email unless otherwise agreed.

2. Not insurance advice

We do not sell insurance, underwrite risks, or provide insurance, legal, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for underwriting, quoting, and binding decisions.

3. New USDOT ≠ active MC

A new or newly appearing USDOT in the census does not mean active motor-carrier authority, active insurance, or a bookable risk. You must verify on SAFER and FMCSA L&I before quoting or binding.

4. Data accuracy & lag

Data originates from government public records and may lag (~24h per FMCSA). Filed phone/email may be outdated or unreachable. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Permitted use

Intended for legitimate business development by licensed agencies and producers. You must comply with applicable TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state calling/texting rules, and do-not-call requirements. Do not resell raw census extracts as a competing data feed without written permission.

6. Payment; all sales final; cancellation

Prices are per state pack ($79/mo seat or $55/lead unless otherwise quoted). Checkout is via Stripe Payment Link created by email (email hello@forhireleads.com). No charge occurs until you complete payment on a link you requested.

All sales are final. The product is a digital data deliverable. You acknowledge that a free demo sample and a written deliverable description are available before purchase. Except where prohibited by law, we do not provide refunds or credits after payment.

Weekly seats: You may cancel future renewals by email; cancellation stops charges after the current paid period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable.

Delivery defect remedy: If a delivered file materially fails the stated schema or filters, your sole remedy is re-delivery of a corrected file. Buyer-side outcomes (contactability, competition, underwriting, MC/insurance status) are not defects.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewDOT Leads’ total liability for any claim arising from the product is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific state pack in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or quoting/binding decisions made on census data. Sole remedy for delivery defect is re-delivery as stated in §6.
